Please make sure that Your address is correct before placing your order. If you did not pick up the parcel from the post office / pick-up point, or the parcel needs to be re-sent due to an incorrect address (or for some other reason), the buyer is responsible for the cost of re-sending.

Only after the Seller receives the returned parcel, the Buyer can receive a refund.

The refund amount will be reduced by the amount of transport costs, as well as by the amount of commissions of the payment systems through which the payment was made.
